It is a fast, easy and convenient system that allows you to manage your account efficiently. Helps you perform transactions quickly with no wait time; helps you get information on various Fido products and services. If ever you need more help, you can reach Customer Service.

Prepaid service

Provides you with the flexibility and control of managing your account how you want; online or on device, when you want; 24/7.

How can I access it?

Simply call 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436.

  • Self-serve: 24/7
  • Customer service: weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., your local time.

  • Add, modify or learn about Add-ons
  • Reset your Voice Messaging access code
  • Report your phone lost or stolen
  • Update your credit card information
  • Get details of your last five payments (date, amount)
  • Request an invoice copy
  • Get account number and billing cycle
  • Make an instant credit card payment
  • Confirm a payment or make a payment arrangement
  • Get information about your current monthly plan and included features
  • Get information about your various payment options
  • Get information about a Credit Limit Account and available credit
  • Complete or get the status of your phone number transfer to Fido
  • Get your account balance (also available through *28)
  • Get store locations and contact numbers (also available through *3339)
  • Get information on usage for various services ( airtime, data, long distance, text messaging, picture/video messaging (also available through *3337)
  • Get your FidoREWARDSTM balance and information about the Fido Rewards program (also available through *3338)
