Provides you with the flexibility and control of managing your account how you want; online or on device, when you want; 24/7.

How can I access it?

Simply call 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 from another phone.

  • Self-serve: 24/7
  • Customer service: weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., your local time.
