If you forget your username or password, we can send a text to your recovery phone number. Learn how to add or update this phone number in your My Account settings below.
How to add a recovery phone number to your My Account profile
Keep in mind: This number must belong to a mobile phone.
- Log into My Account.
- Go to Profile & Settings.
- Go to My Account Profile
- You’ll see either set up now or Update recovery number next to Recovery number. Follow the link.
- Enter your mobile number and select CONTINUE. We’ll send you a text message with a verification code.
- Enter the verification code and select VERIFY ME!
That’s it! You’ll get a confirmation email that the recovery number has been added to your My Account profile.
