You can request an eSIM if you are on a Fido mobile plan and have an eSIM compatible device.

Existing line switching to eSIM
New line purchased or done a hardware upgrade through fido.ca
When you activate a new line with an eSIM compatible device and choose ship to home, we’ll mail you an eSIM voucher to activate your eSIM.
When you activate a new line with an eSIM compatible device and choose Pick up at store, we’ll talk you through the different ways to activate your eSIM when you visit us.
New line purchased or done a hardware upgrade by calling us
When you call us to purchase a new line you can activate your eSIM through the Fido My Account app or Fido My Account Portal.
