How do I move services to a new address?

First of all, congrats on your life change! We need advanced notice of your move to make sure your service will be active right away in your new place. Give us a call at 1-855 727-6501 and we’ll sort out all the details for you.

Your account number, bill, payment options and services won’t change—Phew! You’ll just notice your services prorated between your old address and your new address on your next bill.

 

One last thing! If your wireless billing address needs to be updated too, you can either change it here, or mention it when you call us about the move.
