Understanding the charges on your first invoice
Your first Fido invoice includes charges from the current month and for the coming month, so your first invoice will be higher than all subsequent invoices. The current month's charges include partial fees for services from the date your Fido service was activated to the end of your first billing cycle.
For example, if your service was activated on June 10, your billing cycle would start June 20. Your first bill would include a 10-day partial month (June 10-19) and a full first month charge (June 20-July 19). Taxes, long distance, data transmission and roaming charges, as well as other pay-per-use charges are extra. To better understand your invoice, simply click on Your Fido invoice.
