Your Fido Invoice
It’s where you’ll find all the important information you need about your Fido services.
See totals for your individual services, current and previous month's balances, FidoDollars balance, account adjustments and details of your monthly usage for calls, messages and data transmission.

Summary of your Charges
On page 1, you’ll find the total charges for each section, added up to show your total amount due and your FidoDollars balance.
1. Your account information
Important information, including your account number, as well as the invoice’s number and date.
2. Fido Rewards Program
Indicates your current FidoDollars balance. You can also see your balance for the previous month and the amount of FidoDollars you earned during the last month. For more information on the Fido rewards program, visit fido.ca/rewards.
3. Account Summary
Indicates when your payment is due and the amount to be paid.
4. Your last bill
The summary of your last invoice, including your previous balance, adjustments and payments.
Any returned payments will appear in this section, except on the first new invoice you receive, where they'll appear in Other charges and credits.
5. Your current bill
Your invoice summary, indicating your current account charges and credits.
Recurring charges appear in the Monthly charges payable in advance section (e.g., your monthly package or an option). If you made a change to your services during the period prior to the invoice date (e.g., you switched to a new package or added or deleted an option), the prorata amount appears in the Current monthly charges section.
6. Partial charges information
If you have partial charges included in your Fido Services charges, they will be specially indicated in this box.

Information on your Last Invoice
On page 3, you’ll see all the charges and adjustments from your previous month’s invoice, including your payments.
8. Previous balance
In this section, we seperate any taxable and non-taxable adjustments into two parts.
9. Payment(s)
Displays your monthly payment(s) towards the total monthly balance of your last invoice.
10. Your Current Bill
Gives you a detailed description of the current charges and credits that have been made to your account.

Fido Service
On page 5, you’ll find a more detailed summary of your monthly transactions.
11. Partial charges
Shows the partial charges and credits to your account.
12a. Regular charges
Your monthly charges billed in advance for your next month of service.
12b. Fido usage summary
Gives you a complete breakdown of your monthly Fido usage charges. The total of your charges is presented in the Regular Charges section.
13. Other charges and credits
Your charges and credits are now linked when they both occur on the same date.

Usage Details
On page 6 are the details of your total monthly usage for your calls, messages and data transmission.
14. Data transmission detail
Gives you detailed information about your data usage.

Online Billing
A secure and practical way to manage your Fido account, that is suited to your needs. When you register for this free service, you will:
- receive an e-mail message each month notifying you that your invoice is available;
- obtain all the details of your usage;
- once registered, you will be able to view the next published invoice and store all your invoices for up to 18 months. You will also be able to view, download and print them;
- receive one less bill in your mailbox, and be able to view it
online instead, at your convenience;
