Unsure of a charge on your bill? You can now request a review quickly and easily with our virtual assistant, Jack.
What can you submit for review?
If you notice something on your Fido bill, from your last 3 bills, that might not be as you expected, you can AskJack to request a review and we’ll take a closer look. You can submit a review request for:
- Duplicate charges.
- Billing errors.
- Charges you didn’t expect.

What happens after you submit your request?
- You’ll get a confirmation number to track your request at anytime through AskJack.
- We’ll review your request and send you an email within 5 business days with our decision. Your request will either be approved, declined or we’ll ask you for more information to proceed.
Will I get a credit if there’s a mistake on my Fido bill?
If we find a mistake on your bill and you qualify for a credit, we’ll email you the details about the credit within 5 business days.
