All Fido customers, no matter whether they're on a monthly plan, City Fido or prepaid.

How does it work?
Just call #TAXI (#8294) and follow the interactive prompts. You're immediately connected to the first available taxi company or the company of your choice, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in the majority of Canada. You will also receive a free text message with the name and the contact details of the cab company assigned to your call.

Can I use it anywhere in Canada?
The service works in over 400 major cities and towns across Canada within Fido's coverage network. If you're in a smaller community without taxi service, you may be able to get a cab from a larger city nearby.

Can I use it outside Canada?
For now, #TAXI is only available within Canada. However, friends and family visiting from abroad and roaming on the Fido network can take advantage of this service.

How much does #TAXI cost?
A nominal charge of $1.75 per call applies. Airtime charges apply for any monthly plan subscribers. No airtime charges apply for prepaid customers.
