Confirm that you're enrolled

Most Fido postpaid plans are automatically enrolled in Fido Roam, though not available with postpaid Basic plans and prepaid plans. If you want to check, text ROAM to 222 to confirm.

Turn on roaming and use your phone

Make sure you turn data roaming ON and you're all set! You’ll get a free welcome text* once you arrive to your destination confirming that Fido Roam is turned on and ready to use.

*Your welcome text will include your destination's pay-per-use rates if Fido Roam is not available, you have an ineligible plan, or you've previously contacted us to opt out of Fido Roam.
