How do I get started?

It's easy. Contact Fido's Voice Messaging service by pressing and holding the "1" key on your Fido for a few seconds. The first time you access your Voice Messaging service you'll be prompted to create your own personal access code followed by the # key. The access code can be between 4 and 10 digits long. You will also be prompted to create a personal greeting and record your name.

How do I listen to my voice messages?

Simply press and hold the 1 key on your Fido for an immediate connection to your voice mailbox. You'll then be prompted to enter your access code. To reach Voice Messaging from a landline, call your Fido number and press # during the greeting, then your access code, followed by the# key.

You can also retrieve your voice messages by calling your Voice Messaging retrieval number. Store this number in your phone book to ensure you have it handy.

It enables you to retrieve your voice messages from your Fido or a touch-tone phone from just about anywhere. The number is pre-programmed on your Fido.
