How do I download ringtones, games and more from the Fido Mobile Internet Portal?

  1. Select the Internet icon from the main menu of your Fido phone
  2. Select the SHOP link from your mobile Internet home page then select a section like Ringtones or Games etc to check out categories such as Top Sellers and Just for You
  3. Select an item then click on the Download or Purchase link

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you'll be charged for the content you download and any applicable data usage on your next invoice. When downloading games, you're charged for the download only, not each time you play.

If you're a prepaid service customer, make sure your account has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the downloadable game, ringtone, or wallpaper, as well as the associated data usage charge.

Taxes and other charges are not included.
