What is the Fido Rewards Program?
It makes every day you’re with us more rewarding! Since you first started using your Fido, you’ve been earning FidoDollarsTM, as you were automatically registered into the Fido Rewards program. Think of them as virtual dollars which you can redeem for new phones and more. For example, if you spend $20 get 1 FidoDollar, every time you reach $100 of usage, 5 FidoDollars are deposited into your Fido Rewards account.

What can I get with my FidoDollars?
Plenty! Including:
- the latest Fido phones
- prepaid airtime (in $20 increments)
- the add-ons
Please note that FidoDollars have no monetary value.
Remember: 1 FidoDollar = $1 when you redeem, so it's easy to see how close you are from your next reward!

What makes the Fido Rewards Program different?
You’re a member from day one. You earn FidoDollars every time you use your phone, and there are no blackout periods or service fees to redeem against any of the rewards. That's why Fido customers pay even less with Fido Rewards.

If I don’t have enough FidoDollars for a reward, can I pay the difference?
Yes - for phones.
If you are currently a monthly plan subscriber, the balance will be charged on your invoice. If you’re a prepaid service customer, you pay the difference upon delivery.
No - for prepaid airtime or get add-ons. You need to have enough FidoDollars to cover the full cost for these rewards.
Also note that while taxes apply on all rewards, they can be paid with your FidoDollars (excluding the first or the two first months of the add-ons). There is no charge for shipping and handling, so this is another great advantage of the rewards program.

Why can I get the add-ons for the first or the two first months with my FidoDollars?
One or two months is a sufficient amount of time to determine if the add-on suits your needs. If you do not wish to keep the add-on on your account at the end of the first or two-months, simply call customer service. Please note you cannot use your FidoDollars to pay for an add-on you already have.

What happens to my FidoDollars if I cancel my service?
Unfortunately, you lose any FidoDollars in your account when you cancel your service. FidoDollars cannot be used to pay your final invoice.

What’s the purpose of the Fido Rewards card?
It holds useful information such as your name, Fido number, and account number. Keep this card handy in your wallet as a reminder.
