Switch from a prepaid service to a monthly service

When choosing a monthly plan with or without a Fido Agreement, you get all the perks that come with it, like billing by the second, exclusive offers on the phones and much more.

Things to Know
  • A credit check will need to be performed.
  • Your first invoice will be a bit higher than the subsequent ones.
  • Your balance and FidoDollarsTM will be transferred from your prepaid account to your monthly service.
  • Any messages in your voicemail will be automatically erased.
  • If you currently have a CityFidoTM Prepaid Service when you switch:
    • Unused minutes will be lost.
    • You will not be refunded the monthly service fee for partial cycles.
