How to refill your account
Running low on airtime?
Fido offers you many options for refilling your prepaid account.
Things to Know
- Everytime you refill your account, you'll get a text message confirming your refill amount and your current balance.
- Prepaid refills are non-refundable regardless of the method of payment.

An easy refill with no data transmission fees.
Open your Internet browser from your handset
- Click on the "Refill" link
- Enter your 4 digit PIN code
- Type in the 14-digit secret number in its reserved space
or
Call *868 to refill quickly
- Call *868 from your Fido phone and you'll be immediately directed to the appropriate menu.
- Enter your 14-digit secret number.

- Log in to My Account. If you haven't already registered on fido.ca, register now.
- Select Voucher in the Refill section
- Enter the 14-digit secret number that appears on your receipt
- Select Validate
- Confirm the transaction

INTERAC® Online
The INTERAC Online service is a new payment option that allows you to pay for goods and services on the Internet directly from your bank account.
Refill from fido.ca
- Log in to My Account. If you haven't already registered on fido.ca, register now.
- Select INETRAC Online in the Refill section
- Select an amount in the dropdown menu
- Click on Continue
- Confirm the transaction
- You will be redirected to your online bank site and can select from which bank account you want to refill.
- Once completed you will be redirected back to a confirmation page on fido.ca.

- TDTM Bank of Canada
- BMOTM Bank of Montreal

Credit card (one time refills)
Buy airtime with your credit card on fido.ca or right from your Fido phone.
You can also register to our new Auto Refill service and we will refill your account for you when needed. Learn more
Things to Know
- Your credit card must be registered to your account.
- The credit card and address must correspond to a valid Canadian address.
- Maximum number of credit card refills: 10 in any 30 day period.
- Credit card refills are not permitted in accounts with a balance of $1,000 or more.

- Select Credit card in the Refill section
- Select Register your credit card for one time refill and/or to set up Auto Refill
- Enter your credit card information
- Confirm the transaction
Refill from your Fido phone
Call the star codes to refill quickly
- Call the star code of your choice from your Fido phone and you'll be immediately directed to the appropriate menu.
- Enter your 4 digit PIN code
- Confirm the transaction.

FidoDOLLARS™
Our Fido Rewards Program lets you earn FidoDOLLARS every time you use your handset. You can redeem your FidoDOLLARS for prepaid airtime and use them to refill your account.

- Select Redeem FidoDOLLARS in the Fido Rewards section
