Need help tracking your recent wireless order? Ask our Virtual Assistant, AskJack.

Step 1:

Check your Fido email account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Fido with all the details.


Haven’t received email?

Occasionally you will not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days due to high volume of orders/busy time of year. We are working as quickly as possible to get your order to you!

Step 2:

Copy the tracking number from the email we sent.

Step 3:

Enter the tracking number on the Courier’s website (linked below) to track shipment.

It may take up to 24 hours for the updated tracking status and scheduled delivery date to appear on their website. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.
