If you subscribe to Fido, you may be subject to the following administrative charges for administration or account processing activities in connection with your account, as applicable. All charges are subject to change as well as applicable taxes.

Administrative Charges

Bill Reprint Charge $20.00 Charged when you request a bill reprint from Customer Care. The fee is applicable per bill reprint. Log into Fido MyAccount to find all your past bills (up to 18 months), where you can download and print at no cost.
Transfer of Responsibility Fee $50.00 Charged when you take over ownership of wireless services from another customer. This fee is applicable on a per line basis. At this time, to transfer your ownership you must contact us.
Price Plan Change Fee $15.00 Charged when Care or Retail performs a Price Plan Change. You can also perform a Price Plan Change online through Fido MyAccount and save the associated $15 fee.
Wireless Telephone Number Change $50.00 One-time fee applicable for the processing of your wireless Telephone Number Change. Perform a wireless Telephone Number Change online through Fido MyAccount and save the associated $50 fee. Another Internet win!
Suspension Fee* $60.00 Charged when your wireless service is suspended for non-payment. N/A
Returned Payment/Cheque Charge* $50.00 Charged when the pre-authorized payment is denied or a cheque that you have sent to us has been returned, which could be due to NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) in your account, ACL (Account Closed) or CNT (Cannot Trace). N/A
