How to switch to another phone
- You do not have to contact us; you may simply switch your SIM card from your old phone to your new phone:
- If your contacts have not been saved on your SIM card, you will not have access to your contacts anymore; transfer the contents of your current handset phonebook to your SIM card.
- If the new handset is a non-Fido certified device, it will have to be unlocked to be used with your Fido SIM card.
- If you have an iPhone 4, only Micro SIM cards are compatible with this handset. Verify that the SIM card that you wish to activate is a Micro SIM card.
