Text to home phone

Send a birthday greeting to grandma, let your parents know you'll be home late or even text your sweetheart goodnight easily and discreetly. You can now send a text message to people who aren't connected to a mobile phone. With Text to home phone, the text messages you send to a landline will be automatically converted to a voice message for the recipient to pick up.

How much it costs

• Each text to home phone message costs the price of one text message (25¢ per text message or less if you subscribe to a text message add-on), plus a 25¢ premium text message charge.
• If you're a new Fido customer, the first 25¢ premium text message charge is covered as part of a one-time bonus offer.
• Airtime charges apply when you call the toll-free number to listen to your reply messages.
• There is no charge to the recipient for receiving or replying to your messages.
