Receiving picture and video messages
Receive picture and video messages from Fido subscribers, other Canadian wireless customers or U.S. subscribers.
Once you receive a picture or video message in your inbox, just select the icon to download the picture or video right away, or save it to your messages inbox.
If your Fido is not MMS-compatible or you haven’t activated Picture andVideo Messaging, you’ll get a text message with a password that will direct you to fido.ca.
If you’re using a WAP-enabled phone, select the link to view your message directly from your Fido.

How much it costs
- Receive— Picture and video messages received while in Canada are FREE.
- Send— Each message sent to a Canadian and/or U.S wireless customer or an e-mail address costs 50¢.
- Data transmission charges apply to picture and video messages sent and received while roaming outside of Canada.
Save by adding a picture and video message option:
100 picture and video messages for $5 per month.

Messages can be up to 300 KB each. A charge applies per recipient for each message sent. For most countries, a world phone is required when travelling abroad. Data (GPRS) roaming usage charges apply to both sent and received messages, even during free picture messaging promotion periods. Picture Messaging can be used where Fido has data (GPRS) roaming agreements.
Option includes picture and video messages sent to Canadian wireless customers or to any e-mail address. Each additional message costs 50¢. The same service charges apply to all picture messages sent, regardless of whether they're sent from fido.ca or from your phone.
Taxes and other charges are not included.

InboxA copy of each message youreceive is temporarily stored for 14 days in your online inbox.
OutboxCopies of all the messages yousend are temporarily stored for 14 days in your online outbox
Store messagesYou can permanently store your messages in your online Stored Messages area.
Transfer messagesTo transfer your picture and video messages directly from your Fido to your Stored Messages area, just send them to ALBUM (25286). The transfer is FREE!
