Fido Wi-Fi calling
Fido Wi-Fi calling enables you to make and receive voice calls anywhere you have a Wi-Fi access within Canada (i.e., on campus, at a coffee shop, at work, at home, etc.) based on the area code of your phone number. You just need a Fido Wi-Fi Calling compatible device, a Wi-Fi connection and a Fido Wi-Fi Calling Add-on. With International Roaming & Unlimited back-to-Canada Wi-Fi Calling Add-ons, you can make unlimited calls back to Canada plus get reduced in-country roaming rates anywhere with a Wi-Fi access while traveling outside of the country.

Provides the access to make calls on your wireless phone over any Wi-Fi connection. Any voice usage is applied against the voice minutes allocated in your existing wireless voice plan. This Add-on is for customers who wish to make calls over Wi-Fi in areas where they have a Wi-Fi connection but where there is poor or no Fido network coverage (i.e. inside an office building, in rural home, at cottage).
