To place an international long-distance call from Canada, you must dial the following dialing sequence:
0-1-1 (the international call prefix) + the country code of the country you are calling + the area code + the phone number.
To simplify your international calling you can use the plus symbol (+) instead of 0-1-1!

- International calls are automatically activated when you subscribe to the Fido service. Airtime charges apply.

- International Long Distance Preferred Rate Add-on is a recurring monthly service option.

- U.S. is not included in the International Preferred Rate add-on. Regular rates apply.

- Airtime is charged in addition to international long distance rate.

- International long distance charges are rounded up to the next full minute.

- Applies to calls originating in Canada on the Fido network. Not applicable while roaming.

- Regular pay-per-use international long distance charges apply if recurring $5 monthly fee is not paid.

- Usage subject to Fido Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
