Register a Fido My Account profile

Before you register, get to know which profile type works best for you:

• Account Holder means you own the Fido account.
• Account Members or Subscribers are members of a Fido profile owned by someone else. 

1. Go to My Account registration, select Register, then select Account Holder.
2. Enter your phone number, postal code and date of birth and select Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number and select Continue.
4. Confirm your email address, then select Continue.

• If your email isn’t on file, select Update email. Enter your preferred email address and select Continue. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, then select Continue.

5. Create a new password, confirm it, then select Continue.

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a number, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.

Your account is now active. Use your email address to sign in to My Account.

1. Go to My Account registration, select Register, then select Account Member.
2. Enter the mobile phone number you'd like to use as your My Account username.
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number and select Continue.
4. Enter the email address you want as your My Account username and select Continue.
5. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, then select Continue.
6. Create a new password, confirm it, then select Continue.

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a number, a special character, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.

Your account is now active. Use your email address to sign in to My Account.
