Your device price and special promotions

Your bill will show you the full price of your device when you buy it, as well as any special promotional credits you receive through the Fido Payment Program.To see this information, log into My Account, select “View bill”, scroll down to the mobile phone number you want to review, and then select “Other charges and credits”.

1. The “No Term Device Charge” amount represents the full price of your new device. It will appear on your first bill only.

2. If you received a promotional credit (one-time or recurring) when you purchased your new phone via the Fido Payment Program, this amount represents that credit. It will appear on your bills for the duration of the promotion.
