What is Fido Payment Program?
Fido Payment Program® is a financing plan that allows you to get any tablet with 24 equal monthly payments (including taxes). You can get any Fido tablet, and the SIM card is included at no extra cost. For details on plans, go to fido.ca/consumer/tablets.
If I have a Data plan, why do I have to activate a postpaid plan to take advantage of Fido Payment Program?
Fido Payment Program is a benefit for Fido customers on a main postpaid voice and data plan (excluding voice-only, data-only, Fido Home Phone and prepaid plans).

Can I shorten the Fido Payment Program period?
You can’t shorten the Fido Payment Program term of 24 months, but you can pay off your Fido Payment Program balance at any time.
How long is the warranty on tablets?
Your tablet comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which starts at the date of purchase.
Can I get an extended warranty on my tablet?
Yep! Device Protection is available for your tablet. For details, go to http://www.fido.ca/consumer/mobile/deviceprotection.
What is the return policy for tablets?
Fido tablets purchased through Fido Payment Program must be returned within 15 days of activation (either the date of purchase in-store or the date the order was shipped). The tablet must be returned in "like new" condition, including all its original parts, components, and packaging.
Why do I need a Data plan for tablets when I already have data on my postpaid plan?
By getting a Data plan for tablets, you can enjoy dedicated data for your tablet without digging into the data for your postpaid plan.
Will I need to make a down payment when I activate or upgrade a tablet?
A down payment is required on select tablets to help keep your monthly payments low and affordable.
Can I choose the amount of the down payment I want to pay?
Unfortunately, you can’t adjust your down payment amount. If you’d like to reduce your monthly Fido Payment Program payment, you can make a voluntary payment at any time after you’ve activated your tablet. Just contact us and use one of the contact methods listed on the page to get in touch!
Do I need to have a primary line with Fido in order to finance a device through Fido Payment Program?
