Fido offers different add-ons for your voice, messaging, travel and entertainment needs. Here’s how you can add and remove add-ons online on fido.ca or via the My Account app. If you don’t have access to the Fido website or app, you can also manage add-ons via a Fido specialist.
How to manage your add-ons via self-serve
Things to know
- When adding or removing an add-on, the new monthly charge or credit (if applicable) will be prorated. The amount and usage will appear on your next bill.
- When getting an add-on with a bucket of units*, you won’t have usage details available on My Account until your next billing cycle.
*The term “unit” refers to a type of usage, i.e. airtime minutes, text messages, etc. Changes to your account (e.g., monthly airtime plan, options or identifiers) may not take effect until after your next billing date.
Manage add-ons via Fido My Account
Getting an add-on
- Open the My Account app and sign in to your account
- Under Usage, select the number you want to get an add-on for
- Select the Plan tab
- In My add-ons, select Manage add-ons
- Select the add-on you want to get, and then select Get add-on
Removing an add-on
- Open the My Account app and sign in to your account
- Under Usage, select the number you want to get an add-on for
- Select the Plan tab
- In My add-ons, select Manage add-ons
- In the My Active add-ons section, select the add-on you want to remove
- Select Remove

Getting an add-on
- Sign in to My Account
- Select View usage & Manage on the number you want to get an add-on for
- In My Mobile Plan, select Manage on the Add-ons section
- Select View on the Add-on you want to get
- Agree to the terms and conditions, and then select Add to my plan
Removing an add-on
- Sign in to My Account
- Select View usage & Manage on the number you want to get an add-on for
- In My Mobile Plan, select Manage on the Add-ons section
- In the Active add-ons section, find the add-on you want to remove and select Manage
- Select Remove
