How to change your fido.ca password

  • Select the My Account tab.
  • Log in to your fido.ca account.
  • Click on the Change Password link in the Account Details section.
  • Follow the instructions.
  • A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the success of the operation.

Forgot your fido.ca password? (not applicable for Group ID passwords)

  • Select the My Account tab.
  • Under the section Log in with your Fido Number, click on the Forgot your password? Reset it now link.
  • Follow the instructions.
  • A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the success of the operation.

How to reset your Group ID password

  • Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 if you are using a different phone.
