How to change your fido.ca password
- Select the My Account tab.
- Log in to your fido.ca account.
- Click on the Change Password link in the Account Details section.
- Follow the instructions.
- A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the success of the operation.
Forgot your fido.ca password? (not applicable for Group ID passwords)
- Select the My Account tab.
- Under the section Log in with your Fido Number, click on the Forgot your password? Reset it now link.
- Follow the instructions.
- A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the success of the operation.
How to reset your Group ID password
- Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 if you are using a different phone.
