How to change your options
Fido offers different add-ons to cover all your voice, messaging and entertainment needs. You can subscribe to an add-on, modify or remove it directly from your phone by using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system, by using the Fido Mobile Internet Portal or by speaking with a Fido representative.
Subscribe to an add-on directly from your phone using the Fido Mobile Internet Portal
Things to Know
- This function is not available for Android and iPhone devices.
- When adding or removing an add-on, the new monthly charge or credit (if applicable) will be prorated. The amount and usage will appear on your next invoice.
- When adding an add-on with a bucket of units*, no usage details will appear in the usage details available on My Account or the IVR until the beginning of your next billing cycle.
How to proceed
- Access the Fido Mobile Internet Portal by selecting the Internet icon from your phone menu.
- Select My Account.
- Under My Services, select Manage subscriptions and follow the instructions.

Things to Know
- Once you’ve subscribed to an add-on, you will receive a text message confirming that the transaction was completed. You may begin to use the add-on immediately.
- It can take up to 24 hours before the subscription request takes effect.
How to proceed
- Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 from any other phone.
- Press * to access our self-service menu and follow the instructions.

Changes to your account (e.g., monthly airtime plan, options or identifiers) may not take effect until after your next billing date.
