When you place an order

  • All orders made through fido.ca or by phone will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) and within 1 - 2 business days for major metropolitan areas.
  • Depending on your postal code, UPS or Canada Post will be used to ship your purchase.
    • UPS will be used if you have a regular address and your tracking number starts with 1Z
    • Post Canada will be used if you have a PO BOX or Rural Road and your tracking number starts with 7
  • There are no shipping fees and all delivery methods require the customer’s signature.
  • Delivery to a U.S. or international address is not permitted.

    • Payable to Fido Solutions with your account number on the front.
    • For orders containing equipment with multiple SKUs (including SIM cards): Equipment will be separated by SKU, and you will be required to make individual payments for each distinct SKU.

    For deliveries made on:

    • Weekdays: If no one is available to accept the parcel on the first delivery attempt, UPS will make 2 more attempts on 2 consecutive business days, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The parcel will then be held at the nearest UPS depot for another 5 days for pick-up. If the parcel is not picked up, it will be returned to Fido.
    • Saturday: Only 1 attempt will be made between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If this is unsuccessful, UPS will make 2 more attempts during normal operating hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
    • Sunday: No service available

If delivery is with Canada Post (PO BOX and Rural Road)

  • If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox giving the address of the nearest Canada Post outlet.
  • The parcel will be held there for 15 days.
  • Two pieces of ID will be required, one of which must be government-issued and must include your home or business address.
  • If you have a delivery notice and if it contains an address, you will need one piece of ID instead of two to claim your parcel. Your ID must be government-issued and must include your home or business address so that it can be compared with the delivery address.
  • If delivery is COD (cash on delivery) you will need to go to the nearest Canada Post outlet to pay by money order.
