Who is eligible
You're eligible when you do all of the following between September 4 and September 30, 2026:
• Activate a primary or additional line with, or upgrade to a Samsung device
• Purchase a new or certified pre-owned Samsung device on financing
• Activate the device with a 5G plan
If you pre-order a Samsung device, or purchase one that is or becomes backordered, the device must be activated on a 5G plan by September 30, 2026. If it isn't activated by that date, you'll forfeit the $150 gift voucher.
Bring-your-own-device activations aren't eligible. The offer requires the purchase and activation of a new or certified pre-owned Samsung device on financing with a 5G plan.
Limit: One $150 gift voucher per Fido account.
How you'll receive your gift voucher
If all offer conditions have been met, we'll send a unique alphanumerical code and a link to the Samsung microsite to the email address listed in your Fido account. The email will be sent within 10 business days following activation of your Samsung device.
How to redeem your gift voucher
To redeem your $150 Samsung gift voucher:
1. Open the email you received and select the link to the Samsung microsite.
2. Enter your unique alphanumerical code where indicated.
3. Select one Samsung product you want to purchase.
4. Complete your purchase by following the instructions.

When your gift voucher expires
Use your $150 Samsung gift voucher by October 31, 2026. If you don't use it by this date, it'll be void and no compensation will be provided.
If you haven't received the email
If you met all offer conditions and haven't received the email with your unique alphanumerical code within 10 business days of activating your Samsung device on financing with a 5G plan:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Check that the email you put in your Fido account is correct.
- If you updated your contact email after activating your Samsung device, contact customer service to advise them of the update.
- If your contact email was correct when you activated your device and you still haven't received the email, contact customer service for assistance.
