We aim to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website.
We want you to have peace of mind when shopping on fido.ca. If you are not an existing Fido customer, rest assured that shopping at fido.ca is safe. Our security systems use up to date technology embodying industry standards, and secure shopping is our priority.
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. We accept valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards issued from Canadian financial institutions.
Ship to home:
Orders made through fido.ca are normally delivered within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer.
All deliveries require a signature. A shipping fee may apply.
In-store pickup:
In-store pickup allows you to purchase a mobile device online and pick it up at a participating retail location of your choice as soon as the same day.
We will notify you when your device is ready for pick up. Bring a valid ID with you (for new activations, this must be the same two pieces of ID you used during the online purchase). Visit Learn about Fido In-store Pickup - Fido for details.

If your mobile device doesn’t work upon arrival, contact us.
Return timelines and eligibility:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return your device within 15 days from the date of activation (30 days if you have a disability) to avoid any applicable early cancellation fee or device balance.
If you want to return your device and cancel your services, you’ll need to contact us. For more details, view the Cancellations section below.

Return condition:
The product must be in its original condition with all accessories. The product must not have any physical or moisture damage. Device passwords and locks must be removed.
Headsets, earpieces, and used SIM cards are not refundable
You must contact us so we can process your cancellation request and ensure you’re informed of any details relating to your account changes.
If you purchased a device on fido.ca, we can cancel your pending order as long as your device has not shipped.
Once shipped, you'll need to return it to us with the included return postage in your package and you'll be refunded as soon as it is received. It must be returned in the specific timeframe below to avoid being charged the device balance or ECF, if applicable.
Return timelines and eligibility:
If you cancel your mobile services:
- You have 15 days from the date of activation to return your device.
- If you have a disability, you have 30 days from the date of activation to return your device.
If you subscribed to a service with a commitment period and cancel before the end of that period, an early cancellation fee or remaining device balance, as described in your service agreement, may apply.
If you return your device and cancel your services, you’ll be billed for all mobile service charges incurred up to the cancellation date.
