Report your lost or stolen eSIM activated device using the steps below: 

  1. Sign in to your My Account.
  2. Select the phone number of the lost device. 
  3. Scroll to My Device.
  4. Select Lost or stolen device and follow the steps.

After completing the steps above, you can visit a Fido store to explore your options for a new device and get an eSIM voucher.
