Link or Unlink an account from your Fido My Account profile

Creating a My Account account and linking it to your profile allows you to View & Pay your Bill, View your Bill History and manage key account functionalities associated with your profile, including key security features.

If you’ve got more than one billing account, you can link them all to your My Account profile using a single username and password to view all your services in one place.

Online Steps:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. Select Profile & Settings.
  3. In the Account Settings section, select Link another account.
  4. Select the type of account you wish to add:
    • For Wireless or internet services, you'll need to enter the 9-digit account number and postal code associated to the account.
    • You can find your account number on your bill, in the email notification letting you know your online bill is ready, or in your service agreement.
  5. Select Link Account.

Mobile Steps:

  1. Sign into My Account app
  2. Select More
  3. Select Profile & Settings
  4. Select Edit
    • You will get redirected to Mobile Web
  5. In the Account Settings section, select Link another account.
  6. Select the type of account you wish to add:
    • For Wireless or internet services, you'll need to enter the 9-digit account number and postal code associated to the account.
    • You can find your account number on your bill, in the email notification letting you know your online bill is ready, or in your service agreement.

Please note your Fido My Account email address will be used for all future communications. If you wish to change this or subscribe to Notifications, you can log to My Account to update the information. Learn more about Profile Notifications. 

Keep your My Account profile active to view and manage your account and billing details, including updates to your billing information, address, password, and contact numbers. Don't remove active accounts or those with a balance.

Tips:

  • Remove inactive accounts regularly.
  • Change your password every 90 days.
  • Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters and symbols.
  • Don't share your password or use public devices.
  • Change your password right away if you think it's been shared.

To remove your Fido My Account:

Online Steps:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under the Linked Accounts section, Unlink the account to remove.
  4. Select Unlink this account to confirm.

Mobile Steps:

  1. Sign into the My Account app.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Profile Settings
  4. Under the Delete profile section, select Next steps
  5. Select Continue
  6. Under the Linked Accounts section, select Unlink the account to remove.
  7. Select Unlink this account to confirm.

Your Fido digital profile is linked to your service account. You cannot delete your digital profile while you have an active service account, or have a balance owing that is greater than $0. If you are no longer a customer, your account information and digital profile will automatically be deleted in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements. See more details here.
