How will I get my TSC savings card?

 It’ll be sent to the account holder’s email address within 5-7 business days after completing an eligible purchase. Once you receive your savings card via email, you’ll have until June 30, 2025 to redeem it.

How do I redeem the offer?

You can redeem the offer in two ways:

Online: Visit TSC.ca and start shopping. When you’re done, enter the Savings Card and PIN number in the Order Summary section during checkout.

Phone: Call 1-888-202- 0888 and give your Savings Card and PIN number to the Customer Care Representative.  

·         Can I get the offer if I bring my own phone when activating a new line?  

o    No, the offer is only available to new and existing Fido customers who activate a new line with a phone purchase on financing and select plans.  

Can I get the offer if I activate a line with my own phone?

No. It’s only available to new and existing customers who activate a new line with a phone on a term.

Can I get the offer if I upgrade my device?

No, you’re not eligible to the offer when you upgrade your device .

Can I get multiple savings cards if I activate more than one phone with financing?

No, the offer is limited to one (1) savings card per account.

What happens if I lose my email?

Make sure that you have access to the account holder’s email address. We can’t give you a new savings card or a pin. We can’t send it to a different email address either.
