I’m enrolled in Fido Roam but my phone doesn’t work. What do I do?

If you’re having trouble using your device while travelling, make sure that data roaming is turned on and that your phone isn’t in airplane mode. Check out our device guides for steps on how to do this. Your device should automatically connect to a carrier when roaming. If it doesn’t, try connecting to a network manually.

If you’re still unable to use your device, you could in in an area that’s not serviced by a local carrier.
