How can I update my SMS Bill Notifications?

If you have a Fido MyAccount, you can now receive bill notifications through text. Receiving SMS notifications is a free service from Fido and set up is easy. All you need to do is update your info in the ‘Profiles and Settings’ section of your Fido MyAccount.

If the settings do not update, please clear your cache. 

Turning On/Off your SMS Notification Settings

  1. To start, sign into your Fido account
  2. On the Overview page, click ‘Profile & Settings’ on the navigation bar.
  3. Then in the ‘Billing Settings’ section, set the toggle to the ON/OFF position.
    • Note: Only primary account holders can update SMS notifications.

Updating Your SMS Contact Number

 

  1. To start, sign into your Fido account. 
  2. On the Overview page, click ‘Profile & Settings’ on the navigation bar.
  3. Then in the ‘Contact Preferences’ section, click on ‘Update contact preferences’ link.
    • Note: Only primary account holders can update SMS notifications.
  4. In the Mobile Phone field, enter the 10 digit telephone number to receive the SMS notification.
    • Note: Only Account Related info will be sent to this number.
