How to set up pre-authorized automatic payments [SELF-SERVE ONLY]

Save time and register for automatic monthly debit or credit card payments through Fido My Account – either online or through the My Account app.

Set up automatic debit payments

Online:

1. Sign in to Fido My Account.
2. Select Billing & Payment.
3. Select Set up Automatic Payments.
4. Select the “Use bank account for automatic payments” option.
5. Enter your payment information in the fields provided. It may take up to one full billing cycle for your first pre-authorized bill payment withdrawal. If you have a balance due on your account, you can make a one-time payment to avoid late payment fees.
6. Select Continue.
7. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit.
Your payment details will be available in your Fido My Account Payment History. It may take one business day for your payment history to update.
If your payment is declined, we'll send you an email so you can update your payment information.

2. Tap the BILLING icon and select PAYMENT.

4. Select Pre-Authorized Chequing, and then enter your payment information in the fields provided. It may take up to one full billing cycle for your first pre-authorized payments withdrawal. If you have a balance due on your account, you can make a one-time payment to avoid late payment fees.
5. Tap SAVE PAYMENT METHOD.
Your payment details will be available in your Fido My Account Payment History. It may take one business day for your payment history to update.
