To check your mobile usage:

On fido.ca

  • Log in to My Account.
  • From the Account Overview page select the mobile line you want to view usage for.
  • Or, select Usage & Services, then Mobile from the top menu.

In the Fido MyAccount mobile app

  •  Access My Account on the go directly from your smartphone.
  • The Fido MyAccount app makes it easy to track your data, talk and text usage anytime, anywhere. The application can be downloaded if it's not already pre-installed on your phone.

Self-Serve Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Access ourself-serve menu from your Fido phone by calling 6-1-1 free of charge, or from any phone by calling 1-888-481-3436. Follow the voice prompts to hear your usage details.

To check your international long distance usage

  • Log in to the Fido My Account app.
  • On the Usage tab, you’ll find a section called Talk & Text.
  • Select View Details.
  • The left column of the page shows how many long-distance minutes your plan includes.
  • The right column shows how many minutes you’ve used in the current billing cycle.

To check which countries are included in your Long Distance add-on/plan

  • Log in to the Fido My Account app.
  • Select Billing.
  • Tap View bill.
  • Scroll down to the mobile number you want details for and tap Monthly charges.
  • Scroll down to the long-distance option you have, and you’ll find the countries included.
