Log into your Fido account without using Facebook

As of July, 2019 you will no longer be able to log into your Fido account through Facebook. But you can still log in using your email, Fido number or Group ID. For those who have been using Facebook rather than our preferred methods, please verify your username.

Steps to verify

 

  1. Login
  2. Go to Profile & Settings page
  3. Verify that you still have access to your username

I no longer have access to my email username

You can click the edit button on the Profile & Settings page to change it to a new email address (Note: If you have previously created a profile with the entered email you will be unable to proceed. You can choose to use another email OR contact us to have an agent assist you in linking to the email.)

I still have access to my email, but can’t remember the password because it’s been too long.

You can click the "Forgot username and/or password" link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.

I no longer remember the password to my Fido number username

I have access to the Fido number, but would like to use email username instead

You can register for a new email based profile here. Just click ACCOUNT HOLDER under the MONTHLY MOBILE OR INTERNET SERVICE section and follow the steps.

I no longer remember the password to my GroupID username (i.e. johnsmith123)
