• Call 611 on your Fido or 1-888-481-FIDO (3436).
• Visit any Fido store.
• Or directly here, on Fido.ca. Simply log in to your account by clicking on one of the buttons below:

What if you don't have enough Fido dollars for a reward?

• Phones: The balance will be charged on your invoice.
• Services: You need to have enough FidoDollars to cover the full cost for these rewards.

Also note that while taxes apply on all rewards, they can be paid with your FidoDollars (excluding the first or the two first months of the add-ons). There is no charge for shipping and handling, so this is another great advantage of the rewards program.
