Certain restrictions may prevent you from transferring your number to Fido. Your number must be activated with another carrier in an area that supports number transfers, and it can’t be a pager number.

If you already have a Fido number and would like to replace it by the number you want to transfer, dial 6-1-1, free of charge from a Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 from a different phone and ask the customer service representative to complete a number transfer request for you.

The information presented here is valid only for regular phone numbers (mobile and landline); phone numbers associated to pagers and other data exclusive devices can not be transferred.
