When you come to Fido you get more than a nice thank you. From day one, you are automatically registered as a member of our Fido Rewards program which makes every day rewarding. Whenever you use your Fido, you earn FidoDollars you can redeem for phones, add-ons, or prepaid airtime.

How do I earn FidoDollars?
Earn FidoDollars whenever you use your phone. Based on your usage, 5% of your eligible fees will be credited in FidoDollars.
All this earns you FidoDollars:
- Monthly plan or prepaid service fees
- Add-ons
- 911 Emergency Access Fee (if applicable)
- System Access Fee (if applicable)
- Additional minutes
- Long-distance charges
- Roaming charges
- Text and e-mail messages
- Data transmission
- Directory assistance
- Paper Invoice Fee ($2)
All other fees, including administration, interest and resumption fees, taxes, phone purchases, smart cards, and accessories do not allow you to earn FidoDollars. Each of your FidoDollars corresponds to one (1) dollar applicable to the regular price in effect at the time of FidoDollars redemption, including applicable taxes, except for taxes applicable to option services which cannot be paid using FidoDollars.What can I get with my FidoDollars?
For starters, you can get yourself a brand new phone or use your FidoDollars to get some add-ons for the first month and some others for the first two months. Did you know each of your FidoDollars = $1? And if you're a prepaid service customer, you can also use them for extra airtime.

FidoDollars are applied as a form of payment, after taxes, on the purchase of regularly priced phones, $20 Fido prepaid airtime, and some Fido services. Participants accumulate FidoDollars based on eligible fees and charges incurred and paid by participants for the use of Fido Service, before applicable taxes, and after all credits are deducted. Fees such as administration fees, interest, resumption fees, taxes, cost of phones, accessories, and smart cards are inadmissible for earning FidoDollars. FidoDollars cannot be returned or credited back to the account. Your account must be in good standing.
