U.S. Voice Travel Packs – One-time feeFor the occasional traveler to the U.S.Purchasing a Travel Pack makes using your phone while traveling more affordable than ever saving you up to 61% off standard Fido voice roaming rates. With a Travel Pack, you make a one-time fee (non-recurring) of voice travel minutes that you can use to make/receive calls from your roaming destination to/from anywhere in the world good for one month from the date of purchase. If you run out of travel minutes, just keep on talking because your rate per minute continues at the same low rate as the stated per minute rate of your Travel Pack until your one month is up. Then simply buy another pack. Remember to add one to your voice plan before you leave!

Picture messages can be exchanged between customers of any Canadian wireless provider as well as with Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Customers calling toll-free numbers (1-800, 1-888 and others) while roaming in the U.S. and internationally: airtime charges apply and long-distance charges may apply. The long-distance charge corresponds to a connection fee applied by the local carrier and appears on customers' invoice in the Long Distance column Local airtime and long distance continue to be free of charge for Fido customers calling Fido Customer Service while roaming. The U.S. add-ons apply to airtime and long-distance charges for calls made and received within the United States and back to Canada. International calls made while roaming in the U.S. are not included in the roaming add-ons. The customer will be billed based on the U.S. provider international calling rates.
