I bought some airtime with FidoDOLLARS. When will this airtime expire? It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your current prepaid balance expiry is longer, it won't change.
How long does it take for my FidoDOLLARS to be converted into airtime minutes? Airtime will be refilled in your account within one business day after purchase.

Why hasn't my 5 FidoDOLLARS shown up as $5 of airtime yet? Your current FidoDOLLARS balance must cover 5 FidoDOLLARS + applicable taxes, to be redeemed into prepaid airtime.
How do I know that my $5 of airtime has been redeemed? You'll receive a text message to inform you the airtime has been added to your prepaid balance.
How long does it take before I receive my $5 of airtime? You will see the airtime in your account before the 15th of the following month.
What happens if I have more than 5 FidoDOLLARS and I register to IN$TANT Airtime? A refill of $5 of airtime will be made once a month when your account has at least 5 FidoDOLLARS + applicable taxes. If not, no refill will be made.
What is the expiry of the $5 of airtime that I get with IN$TANT Airtime? It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your current prepaid balance expiry is longer, it won't change.

Unused Balance
If you cancel your prepaid service, unfortunately you won't be able to use your FidoDOLLARS.
FidoDOLLARS are applied as a form of payment, after taxes, on the purchase of regularly priced phones, $20 Fido prepaid airtime, and some Fido services. Participants accumulate FidoDOLLARS based on eligible fees and charges incurred and paid by participants for the use of Fido Service, before applicable taxes, and after all credits are deducted. Fees such as administration fees, interest, resumption fees, taxes, cost of phones, accessories, and smart cards are inadmissible for earning FidoDOLLARS.
