Modify or cancel an order
It is possible to modify the delivery address of an order made through fido.ca or Fido Customer Service. You can also change the model of the phone or accessory you have recently ordered.
If you want to modify the delivery address, simply visit the UPS or Canada Post website. See How to track your order if you are not sure which carrier is used for your delivery.
If you want to modify or cancel an order, you first need to accept the parcel and then refer to the Fido satisfaction guarantee in order to exchange or return a phone or an accessory.
