Avoid getting caught with a flat tire or running out of gas in the middle of nowhere. Just call #AUTO (#2886), free of charge from your Fido while in Canada, or 1-888-899-4146 in Canada or the U.S. You'll get your car towed, battery boosted, gas delivered (12 litres), flat tire changed or car door unlocked.

This roadside assistance service is available across Canada and the U.S., 24 hours a day, seven days a week. One less thing to worry about when you're on the road!

How it works

• Call #AUTO (#2886) from your Fido while in Canada or 1-888-899-4146 from your Fido in Canada or the U.S.
• You need an activated Fido phone with you.
• If you've subscribed to the #AUTO option, you don't have anything to pay to the roadside service provider. The $5 monthly fee directly billed on your Fido invoice entitles you to five service calls per year. Each service call is limited to a maximum of $50 per incident.

How much it costs

#AUTO as a monthly option

For $5 per month, you get up to five roadside assistance service calls per year, up to a maximum of $50 per call.

The #AUTO monthly option provides you with fully transferable roadside assistance for almost any vehicle in which you're traveling, as long as you have an activated Fido phone with you.
