Fadel Chbihna

Fadel Chbihna is determined: Fido is to be recognized as the brand that cares about its customers and its employees. With this is mind, he supports his teams to be committed to showing everyone that Fido cares.
Fadel joined the Fido team in 1998 and was employed as Senior Manager, Consumer Relations. Soon after, he accepted the role of Senior Director, Operations Services and Billing Management, in 1999.
In August 2005, he took on a new challenge by accepting the position of Vice-President, Customer Relations and Operations.
Throughout the following years, he furthered his commitment towards improving Customer Experience while advocating the notion of being the brand that cares is what enables Fido to continuously stand out.
In December 2010, Fadel Chbihna was named General Manager for Fido.
