Fadel Chbihna
General Manager Fido and Senior Vice-President Customer Care
Fadel Chbihna is determined and works continuously with his teams to have Fido recognized as the brand that is close to its customers and cares for them and its employees. With this objective in mind, he encourages his teams to be committed and show customers that Fido is a brand they can count on.
Fadel joined the Fido team in 1998 as Senior Manager, Consumer Relations. In 1999, he accepted the role of Senior Director, Operation Services and Billing Management.
In August 2005, he took on a new challenge by accepting the position of Vice-President, Customer Relations and Operations.
In the last years, he relentlessly worked with his colleagues to enhance the customer experience and show customers that Fido is the caring brand offering unique programs like Fido LiveANSWERS™, FidoTRADE™ and FidoDOLLARS™.
In December 2010, Fadel Chbihna was appointed General Manager for Fido and in 2012, he added on the role of Senior Vice-President, Customer Care.
Josée Bourdages
Vice-President, Customer Care and Planning, Fido
Josée Bourdages began her journey with Fido in March 1996. She was one of the first to join the Fido organization and she can truly be recognized as a key contributor to Fido’s successes and a pioneer in telecommunications.
In August 2005, she was promoted Director, Customer Experience and Business Strategies. As such, she was responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service. Josée has always worked closely with her teams to promote and develop a closer relationship with our customers and enhance the customer experience in line with Fido’s caring attributes.
In 2012, Josée was appointed Vice-President, Customer Care and Planning. She also continues to manage the Customer Service team, the National Direct Sales team and the Customer Relations team.
