How to check your balance
- Dial *225 (*BAL), free of charge, from your Fido and your balance and expiry date will appear right on your phone's display
- Access My Account from your phone's menu or Internet option, then select View Account Balance
- Call 611, free of charge, from your Fido. Be sure to have your 4-digit Prepaid access code on hand

Change your Prepaid access code
We recommend you change your access code you received when you activated your Prepaid service
- Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido.
- Answer "no" to the question: “Can I help you refill your account today?
- Say "account changes" when prompted and follow the instructions.

By registering to fido.ca, you’ll be able to access your Fido Prepaid account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. These are just some of the transactions available to you:
- Refill your Prepaid account
- Add a Text Messaging add-on
- View your last 60 transactions
- View your account’s balance and expiry date
- View and redeem your FidoREWARDSTM

Registering will only take a few minutes. Make sure you have your phone with you, that it’s switched on and that you are in the Fido coverage area.
