You will be charged a monthly fee for your subscription to theRingbacks service unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are extra. You will be charged the monthly fee for the service whether or not you have activeRingbacks content in your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service is properly set up with content for use.
You will be charged for purchases ofRingbacks content on your next invoice unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are extra. Fido does not guarantee that the service will reproduce the content accurately.
Ringbackscontent currently expires six or 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the content. If you delete purchased content prior to the expiry date set out in your account, you agree to forfeit all rights to the content and no credit will be granted for any content you have deleted.
You may only retainRingbacks content purchased through Fido on yourRingbacks account. You cannot forward, sublicense or disseminate such content to another subscriber.
