Get The Latest And Greatest

That long-awaited device could be yours within 15 business days of launch. If the device has already launched, we'll do our best to get it to you within 15 business days from the date you reserved it.

Please note that these timelines are dependent on inventory availability from our vendor partners.

Pick It Up Near You

Select your device, and then choose the store that's closest to you. You'll receive an email letting you know when it has shipped along with shipment tracking information.

Past devices available on the Fido Reservation System included the Nexus 5, Samsung Galaxy S4TM and the iPhone 5.

Things To Know

  • Reservation does not guarantee a device or place in line prior to public availability.
  • A refundable fee of $40 + tax will be applied to your account for each reservation if you are an existing customer, or charged to your credit card if you are new to Fido or reserving a device to add a line to an existing account. (This fee will be reversed upon shipment of the device to the store or a cancellation completed prior to the device being shipped.)
  • You will receive regular emails with the status of your place in line and shipment details. Your place in line can also be found when you sign into your designated reservation page using your My Account details. Check your confirmation email to find the link.
  • Visit the store for purchasing options when you receive confirmation of your device's arrival.
  • If you’re an existing customer looking to make a reservation, your account must be in good standing.
  • For each Fido phone number, you can only reserve one of each type of device, despite it being offered in various colours, memory sizes or models.
  • If you are not an existing Fido customer, you can only reserve two of each type of device, despite it being offered in various colours, memory sizes or models.

How Do I Reserve A Device?

1. Log in the Phone Reservation section in My Account
Don't have an account?
No problem, register now.
2. Complete your reservations by selecting your phone and pick-up location, and proceed with the prompts
3. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your online reservation

You'll also receive a weekly email with your place in line to give you an idea of when your phone might ship.
Another email will be sent to you when your phone is being shipped to the Fido store you have selected and in approximately 4 days, it will be ready for you to pick it up! Once the device arrives at the store of your choosing, a store representative will give you a call.
