If you are planning on using your phone outside the Fido network, please make sure you check the various roaming options and travel packs available to avoid expensive fees.
- All usage* outside of the Fido network and the fees incurred will appear in the Roaming Details section of your invoice.
Please note that we do not always receive the billing information from our roaming partners immediately. It may take up to 120 days for the usage details and charges to appear on your invoice.

When roaming off the Fido network, you will be responsible for all applicable Fido charges and will be subject to the limitations or conditions of service of the service provider of such roaming services.
Any questions or discrepancies regarding charges must be reported to us within 90 days of the date of our invoice or other statement. Failure to notify us within this time period will constitute your acceptance of such charges.
